    hi everbody!

    i need your help i'm 21 years old, my stature is 1.65 and i weigh 135 lbs i wanna lose 10 lbs but i don't know what to do. can you help me with my problem?

    I got hypnotised 10 years ago and I've never needed to lose weight since. I used to always have an extra 10-14 pounds hanging around and as I'm not very tall this really showed but after hypnosis that gradually disappeared and my eating habits changed permanently so I've never put it back on. A self help CD from Amazon or somewhere will do it.

    You need to have self discipline and self control. You've got to have consistency in your weight loss campaign. Proper diet and exercise should always go together for your stay healthy and fit.

    And oh by the way, you need to have a goal such as your ideal weight and you should set a time frame in achieving your ideal weight.

    Default you can lose weight and keep it off

    I have been a yoyo dieter for years. It takes more than willpower to succeed, You have to approach it not as a diet, that you do for a few months, and then go back to your normal eating plan. As this will not work.

    Visualise on a daily basis, how you want to look, and keep this picture of you in mind. Keep a food diary. If you don't like exercise then try walking more, get a pedometer and keep track of your progress and also drink lots of water.

    Exercise is key, get in to the habit of that and eventually it will make a difference and make you think twice about your next meal, at least it does for me. Especially in the summer time when it seems the body wants to be leaner and heavy or greasy foods tend to be less popular especially after a hard workout at the gym.

    Drinking hot water as appose to cold water can increase the speed of your metabolism and burn more calories.

    Drinking hot water will not help you lose weight. Nor will drinking ice cold. Those are myths.

    Try cutting out all sugars, salt, artificial additives, preservatives, and eat lots of veggies. Also, just drink a lot of water. Keeping yourself hydrated helps.
