Ok, I have been wanting to lose some weight and I haven't been very succsussful. Some people told me that a Wii and Wii Fit help alot. I believe them, but I want other people's opions. What do you think about it? And how much is the price range? I'm asking for it for my birthday or christmas, and I don't know how much it costs.

The Wii is about $200 and the Wii Fit is another $100.

We have it, I haven't used the Wii Fit, but my kids LOVE it and it looks pretty fun. I actually just wanted to buy the board because my son wanted the Shaun White snowboarding game for Christmas, which also uses the board. But you can only get the board with the Wii Fit package. However, like I said, they ended up loving the Wii Fit game too.

I've really heard nothing bad about Wii Fit, everybody seems to really like it. I do other workouts, but maybe someday I'll hop on it to see what it is all about.

agree w/LB - looks like fun and have heard nothing bad about the thing. Friend of mine has one and loves it

think anything that works for you, motivates, is fun and let's ya get good workout is good. Like gym memberships, exercise groups and thousands of exercise programs, wii is a tool. If it get's ya goin and you like it, u r more likely to actually use it.

    i'd say try it!

I have the Wii fit with the Wii fit plus and my fitness coach games also. I really enjoy it and you can work up a pretty good sweat on it. I don't do it regularly as I mix it in with other workouts. I think it is well worth the price if you use it.

My advice is try to engage in a weight loss program that suits your body because what works with others may not always works for you. Try to do a variety of weight loss programs and then take note which programs works for you.
