Yes I've had people tell me this. Hi my name is Stephanie and I'm new to the threads. I'm 5'7" and 165 lbs with an athletic somewhat muscular build. I also like you have a slim face, and people sometimes ask me "why are you still trying to lose weight you look great" But I still have a few problem areas. My stomach is my worst trouble spot... I still have fat and excess skin from being pregnant 5 years ago with my daughter. I'm also not completely satisfied with my thighs either. Although I run 5-6 miles 4-5 times a week my inner thighs are still jiggly! I would really like to lose another 15 lbs and get down to 150 lbs for summer. On a more positive note I love my arms, back, and neckline I think those areas have really good definition.
