I wouldn't try something you can't find info or feedback on the internet from. I haven't even heard of it. Try sticking to the basics but if you want a plan that really works Weight Watchers always has a higher success rate. Hope this helps.
Hello, everyone. I'm a newb, but I have been floating around here for a while. I came across a method of dieting called "calorie shifting". One of the diets that uses this method is called fat loss 4 idiots. I cannot find a single "real" looking article, either negative or positive on the net! I see a lot of clearly fake articles about it being a scam, and I'm seeing a lot of clearly fake rave reviews. Has anyone tried this, or any other kind of diet involving "calorie shifting"? Thanks a bunch!

"When I was seventeen I had wrists like steel and I felt complete"
I'd stick with the reviews calling it a "scam" - people will write about something "fake" - the rave reviews are totally FAKE!
I think that the "everything in moderation" plan with exercise is the way to go - otherwise diet pills would actually work! I have come to terms with the fact that weightloss is hard work and there's NO easy plan!
Heck, the Atkins guy died of a heart attack! Maybe bacon and cheese sans bread isn't the way to go after all!
