Talking to your doctor is a good idea. As long as you have a healthy diet and are getting some exersize I wouldn't worry too much.
Ok so I just had baby #2 on march 19th. Before I got pregnant I was in the process of dieting and losing weight. I went from 245 down to 188 when I got pregnant. In the 2 weeks since she was born I have already hit my prepregnancy weight of 188 as of this past wednesday. My question however is this.... I was 188 on wednesday... I am now 179 today (saturday), is this too much to fast? I really am concerned about this. I go back to see my dr next thursday for a follow up and was wondering if i should bring this up or if I am just overreacting. Any thoughts or advice is greatly appreciated. It's not that I am unhappy about the loss... I just want to make sure I am doing it correctly in a way that will not harm my body.

What are you actually doing to lose this weight, I think is more to the point to be able to answer you.
Also, I believe that you can have more of a harder time losing weight with your first child than you do your second child

Are you breastfeeding your new baby?? You can burn anywhere from 500-1000 calories
daily just breastfeeding. Your body has to work hard to produce all that milk. So if your
breastfeeding I would say that's definitely the reason your losing the weight so fast...
I am not breastfeeding with her, and I really haven't made any changes to my lifestyle as far as diet and exercise goes. I did lose all of the weight more quickly with her than I did with my 4 year old, I just am not sure if this is normal for me to be losing this much weight after already reaching my prepregnancy weight.
