    Hi Guys,

I have also same problem like you.But you can gain your weight.Start eating some oily and heavy food regularly.Bananas are the best to gain the weight.

    Thanks

Oily, heavy food is NOT a good idea! Jeesh.

Yes bananas are good, you'll definitely gain eating those. And you will fill out as you get older. I used to be the same way as you when I was younger. Just eat regular meals, with snacks in between. (make sure your diet is balanced and healthy) Lots of chicken, dairy, veggies, fruit.

Can you lift weights? Or at the very least do push ups and sit ups at home.

Look up some recipe that you think sounds good. Try to prepare it yourself and see how it makes you feel ike eating.

You should see a nutritionist to guide you with your diet. If you are overly skinny and you need to add more weight, you probably need some nutritional supplements/drinks initially, while keeping a balanced diet.

I use to have this problem.

Then I got into my late 20's and now no longer have that problem, AT ALL. lol!

I remember trying everything to make myself more "curvy", especially when the guy I was with told me often I was too skinny. I felt ugly. Gross. Ick. I drank protein shakes, ate high protein well balanced meals, fruit, etc. I weighed myself constantly. Couldn't gain weight.

And then I had a lifestyle change. New job, new home, etc. My life became MUCH less stressful...and suddenly I started to put on some weight. I totally stopped worrying about my weight. I actually gained somewhere between 10-20 lbs I'd guess. I stopped weighing myself and started trying to eat easily digestable foods.

And shhhhhh don't tell anyone but every now and then I splurge on a hot fudge sundae. However, I will tell you that greasy oily foods or junk foods are NOT the way to gain healthy weight.
