i'm 18 and 5ft 7 and i weigh almost 13 stone, i have always been abit chubby but recently i have gained alot of weight. i cannot stop snacking and always seem to be hungry after like 15 mins of having a meal, it is really annoying and getting me down and i dont know what to do. my stomach is the part of my body that honestly sickens me, i just want to get rid of the fat there but i cant seem to find a way to get rid. can anyone suggest any dieting tips and exercises that are specifically to remove stomach fat?

You can't 'spot remove' fat. (unless you get lipo)
If you're hungry immediately after eating, you're probably not drinking enough water, eating too fast, and giving into the cravings before you give your body a chance to feel full.

You have to eat healthy and get a lot of exercise to maintain a healthy weight.
What is your diet and activity like right now?

i do alot of walking everyday, and i have a trampoline i go on everyday (wether that counts as exercise i don't know)
i live at home with my 2 sisters and brother and they are all at a perfect weight, so the need to eat healthy at my home isn't needed. it's really hard to turn down certain foods like chocolate, pizza ect.
i drink alot of water too, i just dont have the willpower to turn down foods like that.

Eating healthy is always necessary. Even for people who aren't over weight.

I know, but they obviously dont care about that kinda stuff and i do.
I've tried to diet before but i caved in after a week.
I suppose it's because i don't know what sort of foods i should be eating, i know it's fruit and vegetables, but i mean specfically.

Take up an addicting sport, such as golf (walking the course) or skiing. Or take up backpacking. In backpacking you have to know your limits, carry your food and possibly carry your water. Train for longer trips. My backpacking days were done mostly in the mountains and in the Grand Canyon.

Dont worry love, Im 19, Male, also from the UK and am 14 stone! Eat what you like, but obviously be careful. Drink a lot of water, and eat a lot of vegetables. Do things you enjoy outside. People shouldnt care how you look.

Stir frys, but not too often cause of the carbs. Eat soups, bread and butter, maybe vegetable crisps, drink milk, water
