    I just started taking Adipex to help me in my weight loss battle 2 days ago and am unsure if I can continue on. My heart feels like it is going to pop out of my chest and I feel woosy all the time. I don't want to stop because I am so desprate to lose weight. I go to the gym 5 days a week and eat right and I still don't lose the weight. I feel hot, woosy and rapid heart rate all the time. Has anyone had these sytems and can they give advice on how to help calm these symtoms down. I have read through the forums of other ladies I am just seeking additional input. Thank you

    Lol..i experienced the same effects when I first started but it does clear up in about 1-2 weeks. My biggest issue was the sleeplessness. It took a long time to fall asleep. Usually I would go to bed about 10-11, now I fall asleep at 1 and that's the earliest. I havent been on them in over a month bc I started having vaginal odor and my dr wanted me to stop to see if Adipex was the cause. On the plus side, I did go from a size 12 to 10 in about 3 weeks and they mad me really happy after the first week. the rapid heart rate will subside with time. Just drink plenty of water and you should be find. Oh, dry mouth was a pain to. If you still feel badly after 2 weeks, you may want to try something else.. good luck!

    I can't imagine willingly taking ANYTHING that makes you feel like that. It sounds like it's possibly causing an increase in your blood pressure which is very dangerous. When your heart is noticeably acting differently, you better listen to it....cause well, ya sorta need it to live. There are ALWAYS options out there to lose weight. There is no magic pill, or everyone would be skinny would they not? Do not risk your physical health just to lose quick weight.
