    hey all!
i really need your expert advice here. I have heard that it varies from person to person which part of your body catches fat. Some people's belly grow fat and other's legs and arms get fat. Is that really so?
Maybe yes, because my legs are getting fat day by day but my belly and my waist is so normal for my height.
So tell me some exercise which will reduce my legs and my hip size and burn its fats.
    thanks

I'd tell you what I do.

    1. squats
    2. bicycle crunches
    3. jumping jacks
    4. windmill crunches
    5. pull-ups
    6. weight lifting while standing on the bosu ball
    7. high/low planks
    8. push-ups
    9. ball and band exercises

There is really no "spot" fat reduction. It is a hollistic approach. Do lots of cardio and couple it with strength training. Do walk for about 45 minutes evryday or every other day. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate sufficiently and watch your diet.

Consider yourself fortunate to be the kind of person that packs their excess body fat BELOW their waistline.

Studies have shown that those that pack their fat on their midsection are way more likely to have health related complications, heart diseases, diabetes etc... than those that pack their excess fat on their hips, butt, legs.

I know you still want to get rid of it, which is good for you because weight plays a huge role in your overall health but if your going to pack your weight anywhere... its lucky to have it packed below the waist.

Climbing ladders and running fast for a few miles daily can reduce the extra fat on legs and hips. My advice may seem weird but it really works.

Well evidence would have it that you can't spot-reduce, so your best bet is to do lots of cardio and eat the right foods in the right way (don't eat too much in one go, have small frequent meals). Your body may burn fat from other parts of your body before it resorts to losing fat from your legs. OR, it may start getting rid of fat from your legs first, but you won't notice it until MUCH later! Trouble with fat-loss is you can be making HUGE leaps in terms of progress initially, but you won't SEE even a tiny bit of change.

So it's important to not look for results, rather - exercise and eat healthy for the sake of exercising and eating healthy. I wake up and do 30 minutes of cardio EVERY DAY - that's 7 days a week. Granted, there are days when I don't feel like going. But the reason I succeed in going every time (and I'm losing LOTS of weight!) is because I exercise - not to lose weight, but because I realise that the human body is designed to exercise, that if it were the stone ages I would HAVE to exercise - hunt for that boar or run from my enemies if I were to survive. So in the same way I would have had no choice but to exercise back in the past, I give myself no choice but to exercise now - it's a normal part of what I do, it's embedded in my identity.

    Hope that helps.

I found this article on how to get *Removed outbound link*. It really does speak the truth about the fact that you need to be good with your diet if you want to make any progress.

One of the things they explain is that a can of Coke is 150 calories. If you have one per day that ads up to a pound of fat per month. And that is just from Cokes. If you want to burn off 150 calories that is about 20 minutes on the treadmill!

Excess calories from bad food is what is causing the problem for 99% of women.

    Good luck!

You are absolutely not alone here. I hate how my legs look. I've gained weight around my mid section, my hips, my thighs and some around my calves. I hate it. I can't stand to look at myself in shorts or even Capris.
