Any advice on getting rid of that ugly belly fat and love handles.I understand that some hormone herbs will help you move this fat to your hips.

    Hi Roberta!

I just read that you are "5'9 and weigh 196". So, I think I'm safe in saying keeping in mind I'm in the same boat (I'm 5'8 and weigh 195) that right now it's not like you're super skinny and have a little bit of a bulge to get rid of. Coming from someone who has been 140 pounds before, I can tell you that as you lose weight, you'll lose stomach weight too. And your body will lose weight in it's own order, not necessarily where you want it to first. A lot of these weightloss techniques that presume to target areas of the body do not make sense. Why should you lose fat in one area of the body and not the others? My suggestion to you is to just find a healthy natural method for losing weight (one that you can keep up with) and I promise you, your belly will go with any other fat you're carrying around. I have a recent post describing my regime if you're interested.

Where your body stores fat is genetic. You can't really choose where its going to land and spot reduction exercises have not been proven to be effective and most trainers consider it hogwash.

In order to lose weight from your belly and love handles you just need to lose weight in general, if you have more fat there, than you will lose more fat there, eventually as you get closer your idea weight.

Eating less calories, making healthy choices and cardiovascular exercise will help you to lose body fat. As you lose body fat you can work on strength training and toning up, sit ups and crunches and weights will help you get a firmer stomach.

There isn't any herbs that are trully going to move the fat from the belly and shift it to the hips. there just isn't.
Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.
