Hey everyone, im wanting to lose about 10kgs. I have already lost 10kgs but i done it by starving myself and eating one small meal a day and alot of exercise. With this ten i wanna do it the right way.. problem is i have no idea when or what to eat! So just asking if you guys could give me some ideas on what to eat and when. I dont have much time to cook meals throughout the day and im happy with eating small amounts i just want some simple easy ideas to get me going. I have lost all motivation because the only way i know how to lose weight is so unhealthy and i dread every day of doing it. If anyone cud give me a meal plan for a day that would be great ! What counts in making a happy marriage is not so much how compatible you are but how you deal with incompatibility. - Leo Tolstoy
The clearest explanation for failure of any marriage is that two people are incompatible; that is, one is male and the other female. - Anna Quindlen
im 164cm, im 22 years old, female, im a stay at home mum, im not very active altho i do exercise a fair bit when im trying to lose weight .. no medical conditions and at the moment im just planning to lose the weight ill worry about toning up later
Starving yourself will eventually make you put on more weight - your body goes into starvtion mode and your metabolism slows right down. Eat little and often - they recommend 6 small meals to keep your metabolism going. As a yo yo dieter for many years (cabbage soup, atkins, slim fast, weight watchers, hip and thigh etc) the only way to lose weight is to cut out the junk and get excercising!
