Unhappy I lost too much and didn't want to! GAIN some back (but targeting breasts)?

I'm 23 years old; when I was around 20 or so, I was somewhat overweight for my height (slightly over 200); my bra size was around 42D then I think. Some digestive system complications had started to develop a few years before I was even determined to lose the weight, but they were not initially very bothersome, and the cause was unknown throughout most of this experience, but progressively got worse, which could be an important factor in my rapid unintentional weight loss.
Due to self-conciousness (or what I thought back then was self-conciousness anyway), I purposely started trying to lose weight with dieting techniques (eating less, healthier, etc). After awhile, I assumed my metabolism had figured out that my body was trying to lose weight since didn't really have to try to diet as strictly on purpose after sometime, and it gradually just started happening on its own. Around when I was just letting it happen on its own, the symptoms were worsening and happening more frequently; buring feelings inside, internal cramping pains, nausea; all sorts of things, and I decided to start looking into getting various tests by doctors. I didn't know if my problem was what was causing my weight to drop on its own at this point. I can honestly say I was pretty satisfied with my average appearance around the low to mid 140s; I would've been happy if my body had stayed like that. It wasn't exactly perfect, but I wasn't too fat, nor too thin. My breasts were strarting to get slightly saggy but it wasn't all that bothersome to me; I was a 36D at this point.
As I rapidly got unheathier, I started having to take pills prescribed for the pains and other digestive issues. My weight contined dropping, and it was completely out of my control. This might also have something to do with it; I started to not have much of an appetite. I also tried doing the exact opposite of what I was doing initially so that I could reverse the process or at least slow it down; avoiding foods purposely meant to be diet, drinking whole milk, etc. It didn't really make much of a difference that I could tell. Around the mid to upper 130s (when my breasts started getting increasingly ugly looking), I was diagnosed to have a very severe digestive infection affecting several of my organs, which was likely related to why I've been diagnosed over this period of time to have various new digestive problems (such as stomach ulcers). I was told this was likely all caused by a really bad case of gallstones that was found, and had likely been building up over the whole time I'd had digestive issues. In short: I needed my gallbladder removed asap because by then it was causing me to have severe symptoms pretty frequently, such as vomiting and breathtaking gallstone attacks.
This wasn't too long ago that gallbladder issues were suspected and confirmed. It was only maybe a month back that I had gallbladder surgery (the surgical wounds are still healing right now). Around when I first found out my gallbladder was the problem (approximately 2 months ago), I started shedding a pound or so a week. I'm now around upper 120s or low 130s. My body feels really light in general, and I have no complaints about it specifically, but I'd definitely be fine with gaining some back in any other area if it wasn't too much and it'd help out with my breast issue.
I feel that I should be able to enjoy having breasts with some kind of perk for at least another decade or so. Now mine are flat, wrinkly, and saggy like an old lady, and I hate it! They no longer even have any perk or firmness at all; they're just like soft, flexible lumps of skin on my chest that I have to literally stuff into my bra. They're probably even a C cup now; I've just been wearing my 36D bras like normally. I used to have decent cleavage and now I have a wide gap in the middle of my chest. My nipples are also kind of big, which looked fine whe I was a D cup but now appear strange proportionally in comparison to the rest of my breasts. I even feel really self-concious about my long time boyfriend seeing them, who has always highly accepting of me no matter what I look like (he still doesn't mind, but who honestly wants to see breasts that should belong to a woman in her 70s, except on a woman in her 20s?)
I need advice on getting my average, full, perky breasts back like I used to have! I don't need perfect, just NORMAL. I'd easily gain back 15-20 pounds without it bothering me (or possibly even more if most of it would go into my chest than into my thighs, tummy, or other areas). If they were that size before, they can get that way again, right? Could they also ever be firm again like they used to be, or will they stay unusually soft like they are now, even if they ever return to the fullness that I want (not that it's a problem necessarily, but it may not be good on my back). I would like to know the best types of foods to eat that will help put lots of weight or firmness back into my chest and quickly, if possible (does dairy help maybe?). I would try any sort of supplement or vitamin that might also help (if it's easy to obtain and not ridiculous in price of course). Would it also be a good idea to see my doctor and ask her about this too? Almost the only thing I'm not willing to do is any sort of surgical procedure; other than that, I'm completely open to ideas about anything that may possibly help me out.

    Hi Little.Chuck,

Thanks for sharing those with us. As I am having a little problem when I lose some weight and my upper body part started to have problems.

I hope that eating those foods on your list will help me too. (I wish it'll work for me too).

I love some of the foods on the list and I will definitely start today. The Estrogen Boosting Diet.

    Thanks again for sharing.
