Sometimes it can be hard to get rid of belly fat because of genetic predisposition. Nevertheless, I strongly believe that fitness+ avoiding fat foods will help in any case

I agree with Kam totally ... aerobic exercises for belly will help ... I had problems with fat also.
But I was lazy and never wanted to exercise (like running, aerobic etc...), so the diets can't help you too much unless you're active.
Wish you all the best <3

Belly fat is not that hard to lose trying eating more lean protein and try incorporate vegges into your diet is well i normally stick to the 80 - 20 rule 80% vegetables and 20% lean meat like fish and chicken eat small portion throughout the day.

Aeryn Sun, do you do all of your ab workouts in the pool or do you do some ground work as well?

    Default Stubborn Belly Fat

I personally Love P90x. It is one of the best workout regimens ever created! However, my only caution with it is that it is rather difficult. It takes me a while to get through the workouts because of its difficulty. I sometimes can't even get through the entire thing!

With that said, it does work, however. It is very effective at weight loss and muscle gain.

On another note--has anyone ever heard of a way to "exhale your excess weight"? According to a product called "Breathslim" you can lose weight by simply breathing. Has anyone heard of this?

I haven't heard of Breathslim but I remember my mother having Body Flex videos on how to burn fat with oxygen. The videos were from the 80's . My sister did the complete workout on the videos four months prior to her wedding and she lost weight from it. I remembered her warning everyone not to eat before the using the videos cause everything will come back up!

it is also not good for you to eat before you exercise. you don't want your body using its energy trying to digest its food whild also trying to exercise. it does cause major digestive problems like what you have mentioned. it is best to eat after your workout. to refuel your body. something high in protein and low in calorie to help you build strong muscles.

I do both, the key was to mix it up. I found about 15-20 different ab movements with different equipment, I did three days a week, 5 different moves each day, and changed it up each week so it was harder to plateau. The moves in the pool are with a pool noodle and the water weights in the deep end.

Here is a photo to show my results from last year:

Six days a week, Ab work 3 days a week, over three months showed results that I was happy with, without killing myself for.
