I have reduced my calorie intake, try and watch what I eat. How often.
Crunches dont seem to work...

hi Chica, I am not a female but my girlfriend has done it. He was so fat about 5 months ago. She has reduced very much body weight with belly fats also. For belly fats, you should go with aerobic exercises. My girlfriend has lost her belly fat with the help of aerobic exercises. She used to go early in the morning.
1. Exercise at least three times a week. By exercising at least three times a week, you will be able to get rid of the fat that's on your belly fast. The exercises you can do includes walking, swimming, riding a bike, or jogging around your neighborhood.
You could also get active in a fitness class or weight train.
2. Eat healthy and frequently. You should eat every two hours. This will help you increase your metabolism, which will help you burn belly fat. It's a great way to lose weight. The foods you should eat include fruits, lean meats and fish, veggies, nuts, and whole wheat breads and pastas.
3. Drink eight cups of water a day. This is another tip on how to lose belly fat fast. Drinking water will help you get rid of the toxins that are in your body and will help increase your metabolism.

Have you had any children? If you have it could take you a little bit more work and time to flatten your belly. During some pregnancies (not all pregnancies or women) the abdominal plates are moved so that they are no longer where you would get a '6pac'. Obviously if there is no muscle directly where you are trying to tone up it will take a little bit longer. Just have patience and keep up the good work! =D Best Wishes

You can burn your extra fat from your belly by doing belly dancing. You must do this exercise daily at least 30 minutes and side by side you should drink plenty of water.
I have had success with great looking abs by working my abs out to fatigue 3 separate days per week using different things each of those days, including moves for your ab and obliques in the pool.
