Default Smaller measurements, look bigger? What is going on?

I have been tracking my progress since January after I shockingly lost a lot of body fat. Since then I have been regularly working out (cycling, yoga, pilates, swimming, resistance, running) 4-6 times a week, sometimes twice a day. My measurements are smaller, but I am much more round than I used to be and I look bigger and my clothes fit...funny. It just seems like I have more fat that was not there before. Can anyone tell me what is going on and what I can do to get this unwelcome fat off? Thanks.

As you reshape your body through strength training... it will have an effect on how your clothing fits. My stomach is in better shape now than it was 6 months ago but some of my pants fit tighter... because though my actual waist is smaller, now that I'm developing lower abdominal muscles that raise up... its causing tightness in some clothes.

It sounds like you are super fit, your body is LOVING the exercise you are giving it. And it sounds like you are just being shaped differently because of the workouts... but I would guess its a satisfactory look?!
Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.

You may be developing short bulky muscle rather than long lean muscles. It's all in how you train. Check out Classical Stretch, this is something she specializes in. You should be able to find the show on your your PBS listings if you are in the US. If not, check out your library or you can purchase DVDs.
