well let me start by giving some background info: I lost 100 pounds and have maintained that for 2 years now. I had smart lipo on my abdomen and flanks about a year ago with not much of a noticable difference and some unevenness. Had a touch up smart lipo on abdomen a month ago and is much more even. I have gained about 10 pounds over the winter. I know how to lose weight, but all my previous methods are not working which is leaving me completely unmotivated. If I could lose a few pounds quick to get me back in the groove it would really help me mentally. any suggestions would be appreciated, but please be realistic, I work and cannot spend 8 hours at the gym.

diet is usually egg whites and wheat toast for breakfast, most often lunch is skipped because of my schedule and I am on a medication that as a side effect takes away my appetite, dinner is usually fish or chicken with veggies. I drink around 75 oz of water a day. exercise has only been about 3 days a week due to work schedule. on days i work out i'll either run to and from the gym (3 miles total) or do an hour long spinning class. while at the gym I do pretty much free weights, chest/tri one day, back/bi one day, legs one day.....last summer i went to the gym at least 5 days a week, my work schedule is loosening up so i should be able to start getting back to that, but now i lack motivation because i can't see a difference on the scale and my clothes don't fit. Its all big time mental for me!

You're doing all the right things. I would suggest adding a snack around lunch time just to make sure you're body's not doing the starvation mode thing and hanging on to dinner later because you went too long without eating.
Your workouts sound good and if it's what was working for you before, I'd keep it up. How long have you been stuck at this weight? It could be that you gained over the winter (99% of people do) and you're just getting back on track. If that's the case, then give it 3-4 more weeks of really eating well and making it to the gym 3 days a week and see where you're at.

Do you think you're medication has anything to do with it?
