there are loads of calculators on the web. Nutritiondata has a good one, as well as calorieking and caloriesperhour

It all depends on how active you are too.

I use mydailyplate.com to count my calories. It also has a calorie calculator so you know where you need to be intake wise

The daily plate is good. You can put in your weight, how active you are and what your weight loss goals are and it'll tell you approximately how many calories you should eat a day to lose a lb, lb and half, etc. It also helps you track your food online to see if you are staying on task with what you're eating and drinking enough water.

Yes, it matters. The smaller you are the less calories you need to consume. You are fairly small, so I'm guessing 1,000 to 1,500 with about 1,200 being average. That should allow you to drop a healthy 1-2 pounds a week. Try to break it down into about 5 small meals a day. Stay away from starches and things that can spike your blood sugar. Eat all the vegtables and raw fruit that you want, but stay away from the canned ones with syrup. Exercise, even walking helps too.
