    Default do vitamin tablets contribute to weight loss?

    i've been reading on the internet that they can help you towards losing weight, but i'm not too confident about that... anyone know if they do?

    They'll help your body be more healthy and balanced, thus giving you the strength to put what you need into your exercise. If you're thinking you can take a vitamin and magically lose weight without proper diet and exercise, then no, it won't work and anyone who claims that their vitamins can do that it full of it.

    Short answer no. Especially no if they are bought from an online pharmacy since who knows what could be in those. Its your lifestyle that will result in weight loss, not any magic from pills.

    both posts above have great points and are both very true!
    Vitamins do not facilitate weight loss! They do, however, help you FEEL better which in the long run will help you stay on track. We can try all we want to eat a balanced diet, but we will always be deficient in some nutrient. Taking a daily supplement will help you get the daily amounts of nutrients such as Calcium and Vitamin D that we woman NEED! B vitamins for energy and concentration, etc. If you are curious as to which vitamins are best and what you should be looking for on the labels talk to your doctor (I did!) and they can point you in the right direction! Vitamins are more important for our mental state than anything else in weight loss because when we feel good we WANT to make the good choices!
