Hello everyone
I am really happy to have found this forum. I am on 2 other weightloss forums but only one I visit religiously.
I was attracted by this forum because it also has other areas of discussion besides weightloss, which at times I am sick thinking about.
Anyway I am woman in my 40's with a young family. I have been struggling with my weight it seems since day dot....and it is the one area of my life that is constantly bringing me down. If my weight is up then it mentally puts a strain on everything else in my life as well.
I am a yoyo dieter. Like alot of other people and I would like to stop this cycle.
Anyway we have recently made an interstate move and I have also experienced some tragedy recently which I am still dealing with. But my main method of dealing with it has been with food. The comfort eating has been not so much a comfort but a hinderance. I have gained over 10kg and even though I have stopped the binging and have been eating healthily I am not losing.
Anyway I hope to learn from you guys in here to see what is working well for you all and just to come in and chat and support each other.

Do you keep a food journal? Do you keep track of what you eat and why? How you're feeling when you overeat?
