my face is really chubby, and i can start to see a little double chin coming along very slowly... i weigh 13stone and i'm 18.. which is unhealthy so i've read on the internet, i was wondering if anyone knew if it can be easily exercised off?![]()

I am going to agree with Sourpuss. When you start to lose weight in general, it'll come off all over but usually you'll notice quickest in your face.
