Hi, I'm trying to lose 30 pounds but I'm having trouble. I have cut down the amount of calories that I eat everyday, but I have a horrible appetite lol I've been trying to find ways to naturally suppress my appetite. My friend gave me some diet pills, but I took only half of one and felt very very weird. It woke me up and gave me energy, but I was very dizzy and my heart was racing. Needless to say I don't want to take those anymore, but I have to do something to help my cravings. I heard that taking a fiber supplement can help suppress your appetite. Does anyone know of a good kind and where I can get them? If anyone has any suggestions on how to control appetite please let me know! Thanks

I don't know if fiber supplements can help. They tend to be taken by people that can't use their bowels properly to help regulate which off course rids waste and therefore, reduces slight weight.

Have you ever tried water? Every time you feel like something, drink a glass of water.

Also calorie counting makes you feel your depraving. Stock your fridge with low fat yoghurt, fruits, salads, vegetables, even cut up veggies, into sticks, salads made and tossed just to add the balsamic and soy sauce (instead of oil).. and every time your hungry that's there for you to eat. You can eat pretty much as much as you want with those foods..

instead of fiber supplements try instead to focus on foods that are naturally high in fiber. I notice you say you cut you calories, you did not say you are eating healthy. Losing weight is about cals in vs. cals out/burned. You need to figure out how many cals you are taking in what, percentage is fat, carbs, and protiens. The iphone has a great app for that. Try eating things like oatmeal, and apples which are naturally high in fiber so they will help you lose weight and while apples are full of sugar the are natural sugar which is far better for you then refined. Good luck
