Well I've officially been on my diet for 2 weeks. I did my normal weigh in and I'm at 6 lbs lost so far. Week one I lost 6lbs and week 2 was nothing. I cant say I'm surprised about last weeks result. Even tho I kicked but in the gym, I also spent the week end up to my eye balls in food. My bf took me to Red Lobster for a bday lunch, family took me to Apple Bees for Bday dinner then came the entire day spent on the road and at a concert. I tried so hard to stay good. I took your advice and immediately split up my food and put it in a box. I'm having issues on the weekends tho. All week I'm on track and doing well but come Saturday and Sunday I'm down to eating 1 meal because of sleeping in, or being busy. So of course when I do eat, I'm starving. Anyone have any tips on how to keep myself on track on the weekends?

Oh and by the way. Will Power is a pain in my you know what.

Weekends are so hard. I'm the same way.
The best thing you can do is keep busy and plan your meals. If you have healthy snacks on hand (hard boiled eggs, granola bars, string cheese, etc) it's easier to not skip meals and pig out later.

Keep up the good work, it's worth it.

see i do have all that stuff on hand but I'm not at the house to eat it, or im out in our garden and not thinking about it. I dont have an issue with over eating or eating the wrong things, its eating the healthy snacks I need so my body doesnt go into storage mode (which is how I blew up to begin with)

You'll just have to plan. If you're headed outside, grab a granola bar on your way out and just keep it in your pocket so you remember to have something after a couple of hours.

I'm going to agree with SP. It's hard when you're running around sometimes. I keep a cereal bar or an apple, something easy transportable, in my purse at all times. ALL times. Then if I get hungry or am on the go, I have something to help tide me over till meal time. Congrats on your 6 lbs so far
