Hi All,
Yesterday I came back from my vacation. Had a wonderful time. So the first thing that I did after coming bak is hop on the scale the next day morning to see the damage done. 14 days and 5 pounds up. I kind of knew this would happen. Even thought I tried to watch my weight in the trip, it was hard cos we were eating out everyday. I will start all over again. This time I am planning to be more strict with myself starting from Monday. Take care all.

Just be aware of little places that you might sabotage yourself, butter, mayo, lots of other condiments. Those can easily add a couple hundred calories a day too without realizing it. I think you will be to your goal before you know it!
