    I need help to lose about 100 pounds. Yes I said it a 100 pound. Can someone please help me. I just need a push here and there. To help keep me on the right track. Well I will be back on here later it's time for me to go and pick up my baby from school.

    Debbi,

    We'll all be able to give you more suggestions if you can tell us kind of if you are doing anything already, how much time do you have to workout, and what you eat daily currently.

    On a different note, congrats for deciding to lose 100 lbs! I lost 85 lbs when I was 17/18 years old and it wasn't easy, but I can tell you, I feel sooo much better now than I did then. It's not going to happen overnight (it takes a while to both gain and lose a lot of weight) BUT it is very doable and you can see results by starting with small changes! Congrats on taking your life and your health back!

    Debbie, first of all perhaps stop looking for the silver bullet that will solve all your weightloss problems, there isn't one that exists. You just need to get started on a good weight or fat loss diet or program and commit to it with some discipline. Start by making small changes and gradually increase over time.
