Hi, I've just started taking apidexin pills. Today is day 2 and despite 3 weeks of research on the product and having read all the great reviews, i thought of giving it a try. i purchased it from apidexinuk.co.uk.
now its not that I expect the pill to work miracles, definitely not, what I was looking for was that energy shoot which all the other users claim to get. I felt NOTHING, no jitters, no faster heartbeats, no frequent trip to the loo, nothing!i feel so disappointed and i havent fel this lazy and sluggish. I am gonna push myself to an hour of interval training but seriosly guys, any suggestions on why I donot even feel a burst of energy, i was soo looking forward for tht to happen as it would help me workout more, i cant express my diappointmnt enough. I am also wondering if this website is fake! they are different from the official website so i could have purchased fake pills, who knws!

You should NOT be taking any pills that your doctor did not subscribe to. That website doesn't know your medical history or current health status and I'm sure they have boatloads of fine print warning that taking without doctor approval and something happening adversely to you would not be their responsability.

20lbs... its not a lot. Granted the closer you are to your ideal weight the more your body fights it, but diet pills are very very dangerous. They always approve them too quick and then years down the road you see those commercials on tv, recalling the drug and having people that have taken them get checked because of all kinds of serious complications they create. Its not worth it.

The pill wont MAKE you lose weight anyway... its still you that has to reduce what you eat and exercise more in order for any weightloss program to be successful, all it takes is deciding you are going to watch your calories and become active and it will happen for you.

I hope that you consider seeing your doctor and let them advise you further. Its really 1. not reccommended to take diet pills and 2. not to take them without the advice and prescription of a doctor.

I do realise no amount of desperation is worth risking life, its jst I read way too many reviews on this pill and how it has helped people and stuffs like tht, so i thought I do give it a try, but thanks for replying! The people that lose weight while taking that pill are giving that pill wayyyy too much credit for their own success. Its an appetite suppresser, they are still the ones that have walk past the twinkies and do 30 minutes on the elliptical. Theres no pill that you can take that will let you eat bad, lay around and it will lose the weight for you. Its still you that has to avoid high cal foods and move and you really can if you put your heart to it, do it yourself without risking, like you said, your life for it. I remember a few years back that one 'miracle drug' everyone was losing weight on then it got pulled for causing mitral valve heart conditions and other very serious complications.

All those technicques that thwart hunger are not addressing the big issue, the big issue is self control and making yourself exercise when you aren't in the mood... pills, wiring one's jaw shut are all drastic measures that don't do things you couldn't do for yourself.

Good luck to you hon, I know my last 20 pounds fought me all the way, for me I had to change up my work out routine and really shake things up to get it going... people with hundreds of pounds to lose , lose it WAY faster than those with a little to lose. Your body knows when its in extreme excess thats why they pick big people for shows like biggest losers, the numbers they lose on that scale are huge and fast and makes for good tv... if they had a bunch of people on their trying to lose their last 20... it would be a slower and more boring show lol... takes patience and heart and you have both!

    Excellent points HD as always!

I would add that one thing that helps to lose weight is reprogramming your body to like certain foods and dislike others.

For example, countless people can tell you that once they stop drinking soda for a time, the craving not only disappears entirely but they develop an adverse taste to it if they give it a try again.

I've recently started running. This is maybe my third week, and not only is the running itself getting exponentially easier (I started off hating it Now it's quite nice)... but once I'm done, for quite a while afterward I have either no appetite, or an appetite specifically for something light. I dunno what it is - maybe all the chemicals in your body giving clear signals of what kind of foods it needs to repair itself after the run.

Anyway basically I've found that reprogamming your cravings, as well as incorporating some kind of exercise that works in conjuction with that, is way more likely to put you on the road to succes than diet pills.
