Great to find this forum. Hope someone who has succeeded in losing fat off their thighs can share with me their method or ways to do it. Because i have heavy bottom issue. Trying hard to lose fat...but failed.

Fat can't be spot reduced, you have to attack it as a whole. If you have more fat in your thighs than anywhere else... its likely thats where you will lose it the most... but just exercising your thighs isn't going to help you burn the fat off of them. Reducing Caloric intake and cardio will help you to lose fat all over, including your thighs if thats where you need it gone the most.
See your doctor or a nutritionist to find out how many calories you should be eating if you want to lose weight, it depends on many factors and you want to be sure you are taking in the right amount... too much and you'll gain weight or just stay the same, to little and you risk health problems so its important to find out what the right amount is and then sticking to that along with implimenting a work out routine that includes walking, jogging, elliptical etc... check with your doctor to find out if those would be safe for you.
Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.
