Default diet pills

hi!

Im 34 yrs old and had my first child at 16 yrs old by c-section. Two more children followed by c-section. I gained over 150 pounds in that time. I couldnt lose it no matter what I had tried. Then I went and saw a doctor who put me on a diet pill which actually worked since I have been taking the pills I have gone down to the size that I was before my children. I know alot of people come down on pills and think it is an easy way out but when you exercise 5 days a week and are an active person and you still have the weight-its not laziness its called desperation. And until those people that come down on diet pills live in the shoes of a heavy person they really have no room to judge. It doesnt work for everyone I know that but it did work for me.

Default stick with exercise or yoga

Tina, it's good to ear that you have successfully loose your weight. But my friend if you look at the longterm result then you will see that it wouldn't be good for you. So it will always be better if you take the regular way like exercise or yoga for loosing/maintaining your weight.

Congratulations on your weight loss. Everyone knows it is better to lose weight without pills but when you get very overweight you are so unhealthy that the benefits of taking pills short term to lose the weight is far better than the road you were headed down without them. Keep up the good work and keep all the healthy habits you learned on your journey.

i dont care what people say about diet pills if you at a point that what you are doing just isnt working anymore and you find a pill that really can help then take it cause if the pill is perscribe by your doctor then i bet it will have a lot less bad effects on you then having all that extra weight. obiesety is becoming a big problem in this world and if some people could just put down the food and the remote and get out side that would make a difference but some people are very active and eat regulary and are still on the verge of obiesity.

i say good for you on losing all that weight i know its not easy cause i am trying to do it the best way there is but it is taking a long time to get anywhere. i have lost 20lbs but i still have 40 to 50 to go. thanks for your success story they are always a treat to read.

Actually, pills are not that bad, for they can help people in a certain weight problem...The only problem in there is the one using it, for some users tend to be dependent on the pills, and it is not a healthy way of losing a weight.

To be more safe, regular exercise is the best...It helps lose weight and also it give you more energy...Also a balance diet is needed for you to lose weight also...And when you say balance diet, it doesn't mean that you wont eat...It only means that you should eat healthy food and never skip meals.
