I had my son 6 months ago.
Leaving the hospital, I had a cute little belly bulge but no love handles, back fat, etc. I weighed 125lb, and was able to wear my pre-preganancy clothes. I looked good!
I found out I was lactose intolerant, so I stopped dairy. DID NOT HELP. Got tested for other food allergies, and have none. I have dairy now, but all it does is make my stomach bloat, and I take a pill and it stops.
Yesterday, less than 24 hours ago, I bought 2 pairs of jeans. They fit perfectly, and were just loose enough where I'd need a belt. Today, they fit snug as , and I don't even need a belt. My entire midsection is bloated. I have side bulges, back bulges, belly bulges, EVEN WHEN WEARING SHAPEWEAR!
I now weigh 135lbs. Last week I weighed 130lbs. It seems I vary between these two weights. One day I can be 135lb, and the next I could be 132lbs. It's SO weird! I have random bulges and chub at random days. I have to go through my entire wardrobe every day and try on like 15 things before I find something that looks fitting. Clothes I wear one day may not fit the next.
I work, and I take disabled people to the gym and prepare healthy meals. We exercise for 30 minutes, 3 times a week, and then prepare a healthy dinner. EVERYONE is commenting on how my clients have lost weight and they are so proud I'm helping them out. Then why am I not losing ANY weight even though I'm doing the same thing?
This is driving me crazy. What's going on? Any workout tips for post-pregnancy? Any special diets(cheap ones, please, btw)? Any detox? I'm SO desperate. I'm NOT gaining muscle weight, it is flab! Help.
BTW: I was on the BC pill, Yaz, and stopped it because I was an emotional wreck. I started that 6 weeks after my son was born, and stopped at 3 1/2 months. That is when the weight gain started. I can NOT lose it after getting off the pill! So my whole body is out of whack, and I need it to get back to normal!

I would suggest a food diary for starters. You need to find out what it is that you are eating or drinking that is causing the bloating. Do you have a gluten intolerance? Intolerances won't show up on an allergy test, but can still affect a lot of people in a lot of different ways.
