I want to lose 7lb fairly quickly, I eat healthy during the week but treat myself to a take away and alcohol on a weekend. I do my exercise bike 3 times a week 50mintues a time.
I just need some additional tips?

Um on the less bloated, drink plenty of water and avoid salt the next few days. This includes lots of prepackaged items, frozen items, lots of cheeses, etc. Check out all the sodium levels on the labels.
On the losing 7 lbs quickly...depending on how overweight you are, (and it doesnt sound like very).... Pretty quickly is probably going to be a few weeks. BUT you can maybe add two more days of exercise. I'd do something different than the exercise bike. Get outside and jog 3-4 miles two days a week. When you're on the exercise bike you might do some presses and bicep curls too in order to get more of your body involved.
