Diet pills are not the answer. If there was a quick effective healthy fix.....don't you think everyone would be skinny? Maybe you'll lose a few lbs, but it will backfire on you ten fold.

If you're serious about losing weight and being healthy, it will require a change in diet and physical activity (high intensity cardio, weight lifting, etc).

I agree with Beautiful Disaster. The only way to really lose weight and to keep it off is to change your life style. It is not just a "diet" but a change is how you eat. Eat healthy, portion control and exercise is key.

Tried diet pills and was extremely dehydrated. My cousing and I did it together and she ended up in the hospital with elevated BP. While everyone is different it was not successful for us. Try compression garments. like the body magic or some other type of product, that is what worked for me.

I 100% agre with you, specially when you said if there was a quick fix every one would be skinny. its very very true..
ilovecupcakes: i think you should give yourself time for losing weight first because even if you get a quick fix, IT WILL backfire at you like Beautiful Disaster said.. try to balance your diet and try to lose weight naturally with bunch of exercise. and remember NO PAIN NO GAIN..

    hope it helps..

well, I myself and my friends tried different diet pills and they simply don't work and what makes me really angry is that manufactureres simply make lots of money and people only get fatter each year.. I mean our population in general
I want to find a good natural way to lose weight..

Diet pills have never worked for me either, and believe me, I have tried many. Good old fashioned diet seems to be the only thing that has ever worked. I hate excersizing however I have lost 23 pounds in the last 3 months without it however, but Im sure that wont last LOL

To lose weight permanently, you need to be committed to changing your choice of food and increasing your activity level. Diet pills may help you to lose weight but without any change in behaviour, you will regain all the weight you lose and more.

Cut those refined carbohydrates immediately. This is the first stop as refined and simple carbohydrates spike blood sugar and convert into fat in the body. Eat more fruits and vegetable as well as plant protein. Get active and do brisk walk for 30 minutes each day for at least 5 days a week. These are simple strategies you can adopt immediately.
