    Thanks for all the information. I will give running a try and see how I like it - the weather is pretty bad today so I won't be able to go hiking, but I have a treadmill in my garage that I can use... Unfortunately the maximum incline in can do is barely anything at all. There are also some weights in there so I may try those out as well.

    Just do a quick walking warm up and then max the incline and do jogging intervals with walking rests. But keep the incline maxed out. If you jog for 2 mins, rest for 1. Then jog for 3 mins and rest for 90 sec, etc. Then do a brisk walking cool down. You can add your ab exercises and pushups after.

    I've been trying to change my body a lot,
    I have basically the same problem,
    I have a smalll frame, no boobs, more gut than I want (I just want a lean, flat tummyD: ), huge waste, butt, and thighs,
    Finally decided I wanted to do something about it, so I researched, and read, and read, an researched some more..
    This is all I really got, but I hope it helps in some small way atleast, because I feel your pain,
    Okay, well first off, you need to make dietary lifestyle changes, you need to watch how much food you're taking in, and make sure
    the food you DO take in, is healthy and well balanced. I've only been drinking water and green tea, and that's been helping with the fat burning,
    Now, cardio ofcourse is crucial to fat burning, but if you want to change the shape of your body (take the fat off the right places)
    you need to do strength training or body sculpting workouts. Just google or youtube search Body Sculpting workouts, or how to sculpt your body,
    try and find a lot of good exercises for toning the butt, hips, and thighs (a lot of workouts I see help with all three of those at the same time)
    but don't work on JUST those, you want to keep everything toned, so maybe focus a LIITTTLEE extra on those parts, but don't forget to work your arms, back,
    and abs. And, just saying: You CAN do those kinds of workouts while maintaining a feminine figure, and not getting muscles all over(:
    As for your breasts, have you ever tried natural breast enlargement? I'm not over eighteen, so for me, it's not an option, unfortunatley ):
    But I have read TONS about it, and I would say either do your own research on it, there's tons of forums about it out there, or what I've heard a LOT
    of success stories about is the "flat 2 fab" ntaural breast enlargement program, it's not like phoney bologna enhancment pills, it's just a book, that helps you
    make a personalized natural breast enlargement plan that's gauranteed to work, but it only let's your breast grow as big as they naturally can, but since you WERE a B before,
    that means your genetics can ATLEAST allow to grow that much (if not more) but your breasts will grow as much as genetically possible for you. It's an "e-book" so you need a credit card to purchase it.. but's only like 14 bucks or something like that..

    Thanks for the tips! Good to know there's actually someone else in the world with a similar figure as me - I thought I was the only one! I've thought about those "natural breast enhancement" pills and such, but from the information I've gathered it seems like they're just gimmicks to cheat you out of money, like penis enlargement pills for men.

    I've been doing some running on the treadmill (running at 5 mph with breaks of 3 mph walking), and while it does give me a workout, it doesn't get my heart rate/respiration up like the hiking does - I mainly just feel it in my legs really. The treadmill only does a 10% incline though, so that's much flatter than what I've normally been going on. I've also been doing some running on my hikes (not for long distances because of the heavy pack), and that's definitely working a lot better, hopefully I can improve my stamina.
