that's true! I really hate this diet pills... they dont work and who knows what the heck is inside!!!
Guys, I heard that if you combine fitness with something like breathing exercises, it will fasten the process..
I read about it on breathslim [edit] website and I'm thinking about trying. If somebody has any experience of that kind - I'd appreciate!!

Drink plenty of water or other drinks without calories. Avoid food, often in small groups in your face, your skin less oily and more resistant to stains. If you want to have healthy skin, drink plenty of water, regular exercise, reduce stress, sleep well, eat healthy.
