    Hia,
I so need to lose about 80lbs!! I am 5 foot 6 inches tall and weigh about 218 and want to weigh around 140.. I use to be that size 5 years ago then I started gaining weight like crazy! I never changed my eating habits but I just kept gaining.. I went to the Dr. to have a blood test and they found out that I have Hypothyoridism.. .... So for the past four years I have had hardly NO metabolism.. hence the weight gain... I also have size 40 H breasts and this is the reason i'm needing to lose weight.. I have always had a big chest and I am FINALLY gonna have reduction surgery next year!! !! I'm wanting to lose the weight before the surgery so that the belly that has been covered by my breasts wont stick out like a sore thumb when they are smaller.. So I ask you..... How do I get rid of a flabby belly?? And are there any special things I can eat/do to raise my metobilism??

Does your dr have you one medication for the thyroid? Do you exercise? Do you watch your calories?
