What I'm trying to get at, in a polite way, is that you are making a lot of excuses to not exercise. Please don't think I'm attacking you, I do it to. It's always....oh I'll go for a run tomorrow, or I'll hit the gym tonight....it's a vicious cycle.
Really, the only thing from stopping you from exercising....is you. Not diet, not cold weather, not your bike. Like all of us, the biggest obstacle is ourselves. You don't need a perfect diet to do jumping jacks, jog in place and do some sit ups and push ups today in your living room. All you need is the desire and motivation to want to be healthier.
I would say, until you get to the point where you've accepted the fact that you're just going to have to exercise on a daily basis then you should really just let the whole thing go. Because otherwise you're just beating yourself up over your weight. Everyone here has been giving you the same advice to the same questions for months. I know that I'm frustrated so I can imagine that others are as well. There's a big support system here and a lot of posters who have been in your exact situation that are willing to help you get going. But if there's always an excuse and defensive responses....pretty soon people aren't going to bother. And that's one less resource and support for you.
It has to start with you and it has to start now. Not in a couple of months, not tomorrow, not next week. Today. You'll feel so much better if you just dive in a make it happen.
