Whoooooohoooooo!!! So of course I had to update my ladies. As I've said before, my fiance and I decided to not set a date for our wedding until I reached my first weight loss goal of 200 lbs. Well for weeks I got stuck in a 205lb rut that just wouldn't let me go. So I got frustrated and said oh well, I'll keep workin but I wanna marry my Sweets, so we set a date, spoke with the pastor yesterday to confirm and planned to pay the Reception hall deposit today. Its a pretty small world because last night I stepped on the scale and what did I see 200!!!! I've never felt more proud and happy. I actually pulled this off![]()
Now its off to set another goal. No way I'm gonna stop. I feel so great. I can tell the difference in the way my body feels. Even the way I feel. I feel so much happier during the day and not so bogged down. Weight loss is HARD but i never knew how worth it it would be.
Thanks for all the advicecouldn't have done it without you

Well done mam, the beauty is I can feel your excitement with the wedding, but I can FEEL the excitement in ascertaining your goal, it's such a buzz huh, keep going with your goals and dreams and you'll always feel like this![]()

Congrats! Keep it up.
Congratulations hun! It does feel good doesn't it? You have the power within yourself to do whatever you want to do with your weight... once you can get that into your mind you are golden and it sounds like you have!! Food doesn't own you, inactivity doesn't own you, negetivity doesn't own you... you own you, you control the ship... once you realize, like dorothy that the power to change has been with you all along, something clicks and there is little that brings greater satisfaction to anyone than self-improvement. Yay, go you!
Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.
Awesome. You GO girl!!! Keep it up. It WILL continue to pay off.
