I am a twelve year old that is about 130lbs and 4ft10in.
It all started when my dad began feeding me mcdonald's breakfast when i was in preschool.
It's hard for me to lose weight and i can't take it.
I exercise at least an hour a day by going to the gym or either having PE at school.
I can't lose the lbs and I can't even grow taller.
I'm going to the doctor's this week for a check up and each time I go, it's always the same thing, "You're overweight for your height."
I wish that i could walk up to that man and tell him that, "I'm sorry, i'm Asian and i have short parents, What am I suppose to do?!"
I get sick and tired of it, please help me.

Ask your doctor to help line you out with a healthy diet at your next check up. If you're that young and that active (if there is nothing wrong besides being overweight) then getting to a healthy weight needs to be through healthy, nutritious eating. Have your parents sit in on the conversation with the doctor so they are aware that the change in the foods you're eating needs to come from them. You're too young to go grocery shopping and be responsible for that just yet.

In the meantime, check out some books from the library on nutrition and study up on how you should be eating to be healthy. Then share it with your parents. It would help if you offered to cook dinner a few nights a week as well. Maybe the whole family can ban together on the mission to change their eating habits and you'll all have support.

    Sourpuss has excellent advice.

Also, pack your own lunches. The school lunches are terrible for you.

Sourpuss, thank you for your advice. I will talk my doctor about it and my mom also.
Little_Miss, I actually don't eat lunch. School lunch is too unhealthy and I don't usually bring food either.

There's a fitness instructor who had your same problem when she was younger- and she's quite famous now for her struggle to get fit. Have you heard of Jillian Michaels? She weighed 175 lbs at 5 feet tall at 13 yrs old. She then joined martial arts classes to lose the weight. I'm sure it took her years of frustration, but with perseverance and patience she did it. Talk to your parents about enrolling in a fitness class of some sort.

You might also want to consider having walks with your mom, she might enjoy the time out with you, at the same time getting some exercise.

And missing meals does not help you lose weight so you must eat all your meals, just make healthier choices.

I hope you are now keeping away from McDonalds and other fast foods because they are not healthy.
