    Hello Ladies,
I just recently had a gorgeous baby boy. I gained nearly 100 pounds. It is slowly coming off. My husband also gained a lot of weight almost as mush as I did. Sadly he is not sticking to working out with me and losing it. So ....
Is anyone with me? I d like to See how much weight I can lose in a two month period by Eating a healthy 1200 calorie diet and working out 45 minutes per day. I would love to have some ladies join me in this . It helps so much to have some type of a support system.
So I started my pregnancy 127 lb and left the hospital 209
    current weight is 171.5
I'd like to be able to get back into my size 4's ... However I will settle with a size 6-7 !!
    Anyone with me?

    This is my diet
One packet of instant sugar free oatmeal - 160 cal
    water
banana or apple - 130 cal
    water
one atkins shake - 170 cal ( I enjoy the dark choc)
    water
    tuna ( plain) 40 cal
    water
one packet of instant sugar free oatmeal.- 160
    water
Chicken breast or tuna or talopia or salmon with salad ( fat free raz vin dressing)- 200 cal dinner
The rest of the calories I fill with Oj or an additional atkins shake. I like these the best b/c they have low cal , low carb and I prefer the taste in comparison to the others. Sadly Id rather chew something or drink something better tasting but this is a great way to make up for the calories and its quick and easy!
As a snack I also make egg whites and salsa. Took me a little to get used to these things but the egg whites and salsa actually is a good snack. So far the workout of choice has been walking. It has helped me to shed what I ve already shed from 209 - down to 171.5. I started working out roughly eight weeks ago. I AM at a stand still right now.

    Hi Beans,

There are many ways you can try to lose weight. Don’t just waste your hard-earned money on worthless fat-loss products. We have created solutions for helping frustrated people like you to achieve your weight loss goals.

    1. Drink plenty of water: Consuming water in high quantity keeps you feeling full and helps to check your appetite. Drinking a glass of warm water on waking up in the morning has been found to be very beneficial for weight loss. Drink water at least 30 minutes before and after meals.

    2. Do regular cardio exercise: Do some aerobic exercise like walking, jogging, cycling, skipping about 20-30 minutes and 3-4 times a week. These exercises will help you to increase metabolic rate, causing your body to burn up all stored fat. To promote a high metabolism and avoid fat being stored on your body you must eat the food having low calorie! We have progressive abdominal program that will build strong quality abdominal, which will look firm and sexy when you get the layer of fat reduced.

    3. Consume healthy & low-calorie diet: Salad is a good low calorie meal especially for dinner as it is light and can be easily digested. Try eating fruits before your meals, which will further help you to decrease your capacity of eating much. This tip is great for quick weight loss. You can add protein to your meals and snacks. Protein is key that can help you control fat.

I was also in the same situation. I was 182 lbs after my c-section delivery. I tried many other diets like Herbalife, atkins diet etc. But, I had a lot of energy loss. I gained back some weight after stopping the diet. My friend then introduced me to these products from Nutrilite. I lost about 50 lbs in about 5 months and I am sustaining this weight for a year now plus I feel more energetic. The products are very tasty also.
