Energy drinks for weight loss? This just sounds like health problems waiting to happen. It funny that the energy drink to diet soda is compared. Diet soda isn't even healthy for you. First off our body is majority water. Our body needs water to live. a huge percentage of people walk around dehydrated because they do not get the concept. They dont like the taste of water so they dont drink it. Caffeine actually dehydrates your body even more.
Tho I understand you have experience with this "diet" and you have lost weight. I can assure you that you will gain the weight back if you continue on this diet. The ONLY way to lose the weight AND keep it off is by healthy eating and exercising.
