hi sallyskellington! if you want to trim down, the best detox you can try out is detoxing by means of choosing your food wisely instead of using foot pads. simple food detox is staying away from any meat product and junk food.

The actresses used Cabbage, boiled as a soup, including drinking the water...

"Staring a diet" is the operative word, you can't starve yourself, 1 day that's it, then try fruits and vegetables and I disagree, you need iron, sure that can come from ie) mushrooms, but 200gms of meat max, and predominately white meat to me is a must...

BUT SALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLY your way to thin to even contemplate starting a diet ok...

Ok, I can do that. The first wedding is at Oheka Castle, so I need a long gown for that. The second I am doing a black cocktail and the third I'm in the party.. She picked the most god awful brown but gotta deal... I will take photos of the dresses later

Ohh I can't wait to see pics. And I agree with CW, no weight loss is needed. If you want to tone up, that's one thing, but weight loss is simply just not needed for you dear. Focus on things to improve yourself, not to diminish yourself. You's a beauty! Oh, and what kind of diet you talking here? I recommend doing something like I'm doing for cleansing purposes without any sort of altering of your caloric intake. That's a great way to detox AND avoid "dieting".

I just always feel sluggish, have no energy, and get winded with the simplest of things so I thought a detox may help to get me feeling and eating better.
I am using the tapandtrack app on my phone it says I get 1083 cals with my current activity level. *which is zero until my doctor says otherwise. *
And will get the pics of the dresses up today most likely... just gotta get off my lazy bum.

6 ways to detox your body:
    1) Stop eating late at night - do not eat after 8pm. Your body goes into detox when you sleep. Having food in your stomach when you sleep is robbing the detox activities.
    2) Drink plenty of water - water flushes toxin from the body. For every kilogram of body weight, 30 ml of water
    3) Avoid oily and sugary food - they interfere with digestion.
    4) Drink more green or herbal tea - they are high in antioxidants and burns fat
    5) Take aloe vera - it helps to condition the digestive system for better absorption of nutrients into the body
    6) Take high fiber food - it helps with bowel movement and reduce residence time of waste in the large intestine.
Do all 6 steps consistently and you will feel the difference in 3 months.
