    To anyone who started running at a larger size, can i ask how quickly you progressed? i did 2km easally last week and just wondered how long it would take take me to get up to 10k

    If you really want to lose weight quickly then I will advice that you should join a workout group or a gym,really it will be very effective and you will lose weight very quickly and feel very healthy,light,and happy.And avoid fat,oil,cheese,pizzas,burgers, sweet stuffs.Take as natural things as you can.Try to reduce your comfort zone,do some walking,when you feel hungry take some soups,juice,and coffee or tea.

    I do not recommend that you should lose weight quickly as you will not be able to maintain the weight lost for long term. As it took you some time to put on those weight, you should naturally expect to take some time to lose those weight as well. An effective way to lose weight is to combine diet and exercise. Diet without exercise will not tone the body. Exercise without diet will mean you have to really exercise a lot to burn the extra calories intake. Therefore, combine a low calorie diet full of fiber, protein and water plus regular exercise of at least 30 mins 5 times a week, you will achieve weight lost for long term.
