    Hi Everyone!
Im new here. I dont have a anything written on my profile because i didnt feel like writing anything. But to keep it short, im 20, i weigh 267 pounds, and im about 5'6. I want to drop 100 pounds by December 2011. I recently joined Weight Watchers [and dropped 5.2 pounds so far, in two weeks] and i go to Zumba about 2-4 times a week but i want to do something more. I would rather not go to the gym because i honestly never know what to do when i go.

What do you do for trying to drop weight besides eating right??

Welcome. I would say walking and parking your car at the back of the parking lot so you get more walking in.

Definitely walking! And if you can do any kind of strength training at home. I use some small dumb bells, do some situps, and some yoga type stuff. And I use an exercise ball for some stuff too.

buy a dvd and work out at home that way if you feel like an idiot , who knows ! it worked for me ,i dropped nearly 28 inches from my waist and about 12 from my thighs , i never weigh myself because theres more fel good in drpping 1 or 2 inchs than 1 or 2 pounds , as long as you kep moving and your heart rate is up your burning fat and toning somthing , u might even get enough confidence to hit the gym good luck
