    Default Hey, new member

Joined up yesterday because I'm desperate to finally keep the new year's resolution I make every year and lose some weight. At 13 and a half stone, I'm 2 stone overweight for my height according to my doctor (thank God I'm tall or it'd be even more) and just can't seem to stick to any diet!! It's even worse at the moment as I've been staying with my boyfriend, whose Mum cooks lovely but very fatty food, that is when we're not having a take away. I don't want to be rude and not eat something she's prepared for me but I feel so unhealthy. Going back to my own place next week and I hope that posting on here will give me the mental support to stick to my guns and say no to fatty foods!

I would just start by eating less. When you are at other poeple homes or a Dinner party just take a smaller amount. I fine it helpfull to use smaller plateware then I think I am getting more then I am. Good luck you can do it.
