If you are not fat, then there is nothing to lose. What you might need is to tone your body to look better. Consult gym instructor on exercises that can help you achieve better body shape. However, 4 weeks is too short and you should manage your expectation. I would not recommend crash diet as they are harmful to you , especially when you are still developing at 16 years of age.
