this might sound totally stupid but im gonna go for it ha try youtube. lol they have excercise videos that arent very long and you can do them in the comfort of home that would just target your tummy. its probably not your diet thats so much the problem as it is your body not wanting to tighten back up after weightloss because of as you said, age. thats one of the down sides to gettin older =/. but i would just put my main focus into tummy targeting exercises and see if that helps at all. have you had kids?? after my mom had kids she was skinny but she had the "flap" and to be honest there's not a whole lot to get rid of that lovely flap except getting a tummy tuck... but good luck

Okay, it looks like your post is stating you've lost a hundred pounds right? If that is the case, no amount of extra dieting will make the saggy belly go away. A 100 pounds is a LOT of weight and what you may be faced with now is extra sagging skin. Normally the only fix for this is plastic surgery. You can't make skin elastic again by exercising, but you can dress differently. If you can't get surgery yet, try a few Spanx varieties to pull the sagging skin towards your body.

My husband is in the same situation, and it drives him batty. I apologize if I'm misunderstanding your post.

check with a fitness trainer or any health doctor to see if something can still be done with your belly. you can try doing tummy crunches and target that solidly on your workout. but the others are right that 100 lbs is really a lot of loss weight. some people who lose that much weight suffer sagging skin most of the time.
