Another great way to help you is to become knowledgeable on a the subjects. I get womens health mag every month and I took a class on nutrition and exercise and wellness. Knowing how protein, carbs, fats, vitamins and minerals affect you will give you the extra boost to eat the right things. You can keep up with what you need and take notice to how it affects you. Learning how muscles work is a great help. That way when I am working out I know what exactly was going on in my body. Try to become aware of the changes you are making. Hope this helps.![]()
All really good tips! At this point just make things as simple as possible for you. Don't worry about sagging arms. Your priority should be the weightloss and the sagging arms (if at all since you're so young) can be dealt with when you get there.
I would recommend talking to a personal trainer. She can help you simplify things and provide support so all you gotta worry about is the eating and workouts.
if this isn't an option for you let me know and we can go from there!
