I have heard of acai-berry weight loss solutions from one of my friends. Has anyone tried? Is it a good deal?

Like so many other "solutions", they fail miserably. The only thing that gets thin is your wallet and your patience when you realize that nothing is happening.

the Acai berry is a so called super fruit from Brazil, that has been around for thousands of years. The ONLY thing that is super about it is that it's more concentrated with antioxidants than any other berry "discovered" so far. Antioxidents are good at removing free radicals from your bloodstream but do NOTHING for weight loss.

Weight loss has to be about lifestyle changes....yours. Stop eating so many processed foods and simple carbohydrates (sugar in food, rice, pasta, breads, muffins, bagels, etc.) and start eating more complex carbs or whole grains like whole wheat pasta, multi grain breads. Look forthings that are high in fiber. Fiber makes you feel full and is good for your digestive system.

You also need to be exercising. Three times each week is generally recommended. A brisk twenty to thirty minute walk around your neighborhood will doo wonders.
Find a friend to join you, tlak about each other's lives. Catch up on each other's children, etc. The half hour walk will go quickly.

Burn more calories than you consume = weight loss. Consume more calories than you burn = weight gain.

    It's that simple.

I had tried it. It did not work for me. I did not loose any weight at all. Returned the product and got a full refund. Seeker_Advice is correct. It is simple math. There is no magic. I wish there was.

I drink that juice as well as pomegranate juice and for me, it hadn't worked for weightloss, but it did help my pain in my hips. My 79 year old dad drinks it daily and swears it helps him with a lot of his ailments.
