    Hi,

Controlling the appetite is not so easy but if you are consuming good diet pills to reduce your weight then it becomes easy for you to control your appetite.

Food is essential for us but unhealthy food which only works for increasing your body fat always attract us and we move towards those foods which creates problem.

We should take the diet pill which helps to reduce our hunger and we should also start doing exercising for removing weight. we should work in two forms, first should be gym and second should be making lower our appetite.

    thanks

I snack on nuts. Green smoothies also help curb my appetite. But when I do fall into unhealthy snacking, I make sure I limit the serving. Diet pills is just very superficial and it won't help you in the long run, it just tricks your body/mind. Developing a healthy respect for food, knowing when to stop and developing self-discipline could save you more $ and would help you better in the long haul.

I haven't tried any GNC appetite control pills (or any kind). I found that drinking green tea, oolong tea, panax ginseng tea or any other organic tea helps me curb my appetite.

There is no pill for weight loss, or curbing appetite or whatever else. The only thing that will get thin is your bank account.

The only thing that can get you thin is YOU.

Most of the things that are sold at these stores can claim to do whatever they want to claim because they are not regulated. No regulations mean (almost) anything goes...

A lot of these so called products contain things that you, me and Ph.D educated scientists have no idea what they do to us once we consume them.

Your mind is the most powerful muscle in your body...use it. Use it to control your appetite, cravings, how much you eat, when you eat it, etc.

Get more exercise...don't necessarily have to join a gym but millions of people do and it helps.

Burn more calories than you consume = weight loss. Consume more calories than you burn = weight gain.

Suppressing your appetite is a band aid to a much larger problem....over consumption.

Your body is a temple....treat it accordingly.
