Change it up. Your body has plateaued. Muscle memory has probably taken place. I would suggest taking a couple of days off, yeah, I know, like pulling teeth for those of us that workout every day....And then do several different exercises that you weren't doing in the past. Mix several new exercises in with a few from your previous routines.

You have to SHOCK your body in order to maximize your results. People who compete for instance, change their workout routines every four to six weeks in order to keep their bodies guessing. May sound crazy, but it works. It might also be worth it to consult with a personal trainer. Tell them what you are doing currently and ask them how they would suggest that you remedy it.

    I wish you well.

One more thing...are you doing dead lifts or anything for your lower back? There is a HUGe misbelief that if we do ten billion sit ups or crunches or whatever, that we will flatten our stomachs (so to speak)...NOT true. The abs are just one part of your core, in order to maximize your results, you have to work your entire core...all the way around.....

You can train your abs (or any muscle) in to be lean or bulky to produce a bulge. Sounds like you may have trained your abs out rather than in. You have to be pulling those muscles in while you work them and then you need to stretch to keep a lean look so they don't build up bulky. A long lean muscle can be just as strong as a short bulky one, it's all a matter of what you train it into.

Check out Classical Stretch, this is what she specializes in - long lean muscle. Also look into yoga. Not all yoga instructors are created equal, look at their body and range of motion. Find someone who has the look you want and talk with them about how the slow controlled movement of yoga could help you.
