    our chili bean soup:
Black Beans 1 large can size, or 4 cups cooked.
    2 Bell pepper, diced/sliced
    1 onion
    1 cup stock / broth

    Saute veggies.
    Add in beans and broth.
Bring to a boil til beans are warmed/soft.

I add in a dash of Chili powder at the end (Don't use Chili seasoning mix which is loaded with sodium)

Hi!! Great advices from Seeker Advice!
I agree with everything and also have one more component that will contribute to your weight loss. It is breathing exercises that help your body get more oxygen. And the idea is that because oxygen burns fat, more oxygen burns more fat. I've been using Breathslim training together with my regular exercises and it has helped a lot. While I do think it helps me lose weight more effectively, this extra oxygen gives me more energy for my exercising and better sleep
So my 2 cents would be - do correct breathing and you'll feel much better!

HI i have my own ideas to loss the weight as well, so loose your weight in your own style.

DON'T JUST EAT SALAD SALAD SALAD.. ???

I have seen that most the ladies don't eat what they want to eat like their favorite recipes. All the life they just eat salad only in the name of weight lose..For me this is ridiculous thing to do.

Hey life is very small, do what you want to do but in a wise way, so eat a little quantity rather than a big one, as then your body can easily digest.

WEIGHT INCREASE BUT WHY IT HAPPEN ??
First of all we need to understand why our weight increase. There is very simple rule.

INPUT = OUTPUT (input should always equal to output) i.e

Our body need energy that is why we eat and now if we are able to use the entire energy then our weight will not increase. but most of the time our intake ration become more that the amount of food we can take out, that cause the body to store that energy and that increases our weight.

1 bunch of greens (collard, chard, or something like that)
    1 bunch of spinach
    A large bag of broccolini/brocolette
    1 bunch of grapes
    1 Lime
    5 kiwi fruits
Piece of ginger (about as big as top half of thumb)

Now throw all that stuff into a juicer! Lol.

Seriously, it's what I had for dinner last night and it will probably be my breakfast as well. If you're crazy enough to try it, be careful with the grapes as they can make the juice very sweet. I had to put in the broccolini after the fact because of it. I should have probably used half the bunch of grapes (it was a large particularly sweet bunch too). And the kiwis probably didn't help, but they were getting old and I wanted to use them. My wife says I can add water to tone down the sweetness, but I never do.

One of my favorite recipes for healthy eating is a recipe I got from Food Network. Its called Honey Grilled Salmon

    Ingredients

    1/4 cup packed cilantro leaves
    2 scallions
    2 teaspoons vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon grated ginger
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
4 center cut skin-on wild salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each
    2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
    2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
    2 teaspoons honey
    1/4 teaspoon black sesame seeds
    1 1/3 cups cooked edamame
    Lime wedges, optional garnish

Preheat the grill over medium-high direct heat. Oil the grill grates. Finely chop the cilantro and scallion and mix in the oil and ginger. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut two 3-inch long slits through the skin lengthwise on the bottom of the salmon fillets, going about halfway into the salmon. Evenly stuff the slits with the herb mixture. Season the fish with salt and pepper.

Stir together the lime juice, soy and honey until smooth. Place the salmon, skin side up, on the grill and cook until well marked, 3 to 4 minutes. Turn the salmon and continue to cook, brushing the tops with the sauce, until the fish is cooked through, about another 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle the tops with the sesame seeds. Serve with edamame and lime wedges.

Broiler directions: Position an oven rack so that a baking sheet set on the rack is about 4-inches below the heat source. Preheat the broiler. Prepare the salmon as above and place the fillets, skin down, on a foil lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Broil, basting 3 to 4 times with the sauce, until just cooked through, about 6 to 7 minutes.

First of all, congratulations on wanting to be healthy, but starving yourself really is not the answer, as your metabolism will be supressed and will store absolutely anything you eat. That is why you gained the weight again.

If you want to lose weight the healthy way, i reccomend taking it slow, but steady: just stop drinking juices/sodas, try to eat less sugar and eat tons of veggies and fruit. Try not to have a calorie deficit bigger than 500 thow, because your metabolism will slow down again. I don't know if you like sports, but they really help you lose weight and stay toned. Try to walk at least 2 times a week at the beginning, and then go from there.
