Hey all!
I'm 21 and i weigh 220lb. I'm 5'10", so i can carry it ok, but i don't feel comfortable in my skin and i feel bad that i'm not more attractive for my fiance. We're getting married next January so i'm desperate now. We both have weight to lose, and we desperately want to be healthy by the time we get married.
I'm aiming for 175lb, and i've started on the Kate Morgan program. Has anyone here tried it?
